I’ve definitely thought and felt all of the above; I’m no stranger to self-criticism, hating myself, and falling into the comparison trap. I spent so many years in that self-hate cycle, I sometimes felt I’d never get out of it.
But eventually, I did. I made the first few steps towards a lifelong journey to Self-Love, and I saw my whole world transform for the better. I became passionate about living a healthier, fuller life, yes, but I became even more passionate about using my experiences and tools to help others transform their lives as well.
It was this desire to help others break their cycles of self-hate that brought me on the path to become first a Health Coach, and later transform my Coaching approach towards Self-Love Coaching.

As your Self-Love Coach, I look at ALL the areas of your life (relationships, physical activity, career, spirituality, diet, finances, health, among others) and see how they're connected. We’ll dig deep and find the root causes, mindset and patterns that have been holding you back. Together, we'll identify your main areas to work on, and set identity-based goals to get you to your desired outcome.
When it comes to Self-Love, there is no “one size fits all” plan. This isn’t about giving you a list of Self-Care activities and calling it a day (I have a free Self-Care guide, & it’s a great starting point, but if you work with me we’ll go waaaay deeper). I tailor individualized coaching plans to meet YOUR goals. I believe in the concept of bio-individuality: there is no right plan that works for everyone all of the time. Each person has a different set of genes, constitution, upbringing, body type, zodiac sign, you name it; so it’s essential for me to work with you to find what will work for YOU.

Self-Love is a journey towards our Authentic Selves.
Self-Love means giving yourself what your mind, body, & soul need for the marathon that is life.
It is a practice of nourishing yourself, & having high regard for your own wellbeing & happiness.
Self-Love is a combination of both feeling & action.
Self-Love is not somewhere you arrive, but a base from where you begin showing up for yourself (and then others).
Self-love means taking care of your own needs first, and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.

To build a base of Self-Love you can always return to.
I’m not here to tell you to go take a 15 minute bubble bath every 2 weeks and call it a day. We’re not here for the 15 min solution (even though a bubble bath sounds lovely). Since Self-Love is a journey of a lifetime, then we need to consciously build practices that work for us in our own lives.
We live in a culture that’s very reliant on instant gratification. We want everything for yesterday, and Self-Love isn’t the kind of stuff you get yesterday. You can spend all your life cultivating it, and you’ll get better and better at it. At some point, you’ll relapse, you’ll fall down, and the inner bully will be louder than your inner bestie. But through the practice of Self-Love, you’ll have the tools to be kind to yourself. To be gentle with yourself, just like you are to people around you. To cultivate your relationship with that inner bestie.
You don’t arrive at Self-Love and say OK DONE, CHECK ✔️ It’s a constant process!
We’re bombarded from different places on how we should act or feel, but if you follow other people’s instruction manual, you’ll end up lost.
EVERYTHING you’ve ever needed has always been inside you.
You’ve just had years & years of expectations, negative self-talk, a culture that promotes the wrong things, and a society that benefits from you hating yourself, clouding your vision of who you are and who you want to be.
Now it’s time to unpack all of it, and create your own instruction manual.
