Nati had the perfect balance of being tough and understanding. She could tell when you weren’t living up to your true potential and pushed you to do better. She also understood when you were trying your best and not having the results you desired. Nati is a strong active listener and can point out things about yourself you may not be aware of. It is always beneficial to have the guidance of a health coach, and I think Nati makes a good first impression. You can tell she wants to help others reach their goals by helping them tailor them to success if they seem like too big of a stretch.

The overall changes I made were intangible, such as being aware of my feelings, breaking my goals down and making them realistic and work for me. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been being aware of how I’m feeling and taking the appropriate steps to deal with my feelings.

My main goal when I started the program with Nati was to take better care of myself. I was able to do this by cooking more healthy meals for myself, incorporate more reading time into my life and going to the gym on a regular basis. This has helped me feel better about my body and with eating better, and I have lost 4 pounds in a month. I now know that in order to reach these bigger goals, I need to be aware of the smaller steps that go into big goals.”

My top goal upon starting the program was achieving a healthy balance and relationship to food. I love being active and eating healthy, but I struggled with unhealthy patterns (restrictive eating/bingeing). I wanted to regain control of my body & my cravings, and wished for a balanced lifestyle. Nati helped me work towards these goals by really listening to me. She gave me her full attention and I felt like she listened with an open mind and tried to understand where I was coming from without judging. She helped me see the bigger picture and helped me in other areas of life that I didn’t even realize needed attention. She gave me homework after every session based on what we had talked about that week and based on what she thought might be helpful to me and my situation. She asked me questions that made me reflect and see things from other perspectives and gave me tools to better handle the challenges I often faced in my daily life.

Since starting the program, I’ve gained a more balanced mindset. I feel like I can better see myself and my thoughts from the outside and thereby control myself better. Something in my mind has shifted and I now feel like I am better suited to eat a piece of chocolate without necessarily going on a crazy binge trip. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been a happier & more peaceful version of myself. I feel more confident and empowered to make decisions or take control over the areas in my life that I used to struggle with. I still struggle sometimes, but I now have a better understanding of how everything is connected and how some areas in life affect other areas. I have a better understanding of my cravings; I can easier identify where the cravings are coming from, and I am better suited to face them by using the tools that I’ve learned. Although I’m still a work in progress, I accept my situation and I am more at ease with where and who I am.”
