I’ve definitely thought and felt all of the above; I’m no stranger to self-criticism, hating my body, and yo yo diets. I spent so many years in that self-hate cycle, I sometimes felt I’d never get out of it.
But eventually, I did. I made the first few steps towards a lifelong journey to self love, and I saw my whole world transform for the better. I became passionate about living a healthier life, yes, but I became even more passionate about using my experiences and tools to help others transform their lives as well. It was this desire to help others break their cycles of self-hate that brought me on the path to become a Health & Wellness Coach.

When it comes to health and wellbeing, there is no “one size fits all” plan. Which is why I tailor individualized wellness plans to meet YOUR goals. I believe in the concept of bio-individuality: there is no right diet that works for everyone all of the time. Each person has a different set of nutritional needs, genes, constitution, body type; so it’s essential for me to work together with you to find what will work for YOU. Now, as you know, change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time to modify bad habits and beliefs. And the first step is not easy, but it is powerful. It is announcing to yourself: I AM WILLING AND READY TO MAKE A CHANGE.
My approach to health & wellness is holistic, so instead of looking at just your nutrition patterns, I look at how all the areas of your life are connected. We work together to seek the connections between your relationships, physical activity, career and spirituality, and how these are affecting the foods you ingest and therefore, your overall health and wellbeing. It’s not about giving you a meal plan and calling it a day. Instead, we dig deep and find the root causes/patterns that have been holding you back. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, reduce stress or lower the risk of disease, i’m committed to help you reach your goals!
I can give you all the tips, guidance and support you need, but it’ll mean nothing if you don’t put in the work.

One session every TWO WEEKS. Each session is 1 hour long and can be done in person or via video call.

Constant email/text support between sessions. Consider me your go-to partner, friend & support system on this journey.
You’ll also receive a recap email after each session, summarizing any tools & tips we discussed as well as action items designed to get you the results you want.
